How it works
Teams take part in a fully immersive virtual reality experience using a single headset shared across the group. One participant enters the virtual world, while the rest of the team supports them from the outside—creating a powerful dynamic that relies entirely on communication and collaboration.
Inside the VR environment, the player faces a series of challenges and puzzles. To succeed, they must describe what they see with precision, while teammates interpret the information, guide decisions, and help solve each problem in real time.
This unique setup ensures that every team member is actively involved. The constant exchange of information, combined with time pressure, creates an engaging and highly interactive experience that mirrors real workplace challenges.
